Mindfulness and relaxation await all while taking a “time-out”.  This 1:1 session will energetically provide balance to body, mind, & spirit, allowing you to exhale, reflect, and connect to self.  As a result, you may experience a sense of clarity and cognitive awareness, able to tune into your internal compass for guidance and truth.  These “Light Bulb” moments often illuminate next steps, providing a clear path forward. 

Our time together is orchestrated by your spirit team.  Intuitively working in concert with spirit creates a unique experience mirroring your needs at that moment in time.  Chakras are balanced and messages brought forth are in support of your life-journey and for your highest good.

Introduction and “meeting of the minds”

Once you book your session, we will have a brief discussion where I will share the benefits of energy healing and allow you to share insight to your personal journey. Understanding why you chose to have a reiki session will help tailor the encounter specifically to you!

Meditation

You are then guided through a short meditation (2-3 minutes). This will help set the tone, allowing you to focus and relax.

Energy Healing

You are encouraged to relax as we move through the energy centers of the body: Top of the head (crown), forehead (third eye), throat, heart, upper abdomen (solar plexus), lower abdomen (sacral), base of the spine (root). During this time there is open communication between us. You are welcome to relax in total silence or share what you are thinking, feeling, or seeing throughout.

FAQs

What does Reiki mean & what is Reiki energy?

Reiki is spiritual healing energy.
“Rei” refers to the Universe, Mother Nature, God,
and “Ki” (a.k.a. “Chi”) represents healing energy. Reiki channels life force energy that supports emotional and physical well-being.

Are distant healing sessions just as effective?

There is no difference between an in-person or distance healing session. The energy healing is just as effective. Reiki energy is equally strong via distance as in-person.

How should I prepare for my Reiki Session?

Participate in a quiet setting free from distractions or interruptions. You can choose to sit or lay down. Wear comfortable clothing & have an open line of telecommunication as session will take place via phone, Zoom, FaceTime, in person (West Hempstead, NY), or phone

Can someone join me for my session?

To keep this intimate exchange authentic and solely focused on you, our time together should only include the participant receiving reiki.

What should I expect after my session?

You may express feelings of calm or peacefulness, while others may share they feel refreshed or rejuvenated. Some have emerged from the session with a sense of clarity and focus. The experience is individualized and not the same for each person.
